What methods of payment do you accept?
I accept cash, PayPal or online transfer.
Is there anywhere to park?
Off road parking may be available on the driveway or you can park along the road.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Please have consideration for my time by giving at least 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
What if I am running late?
I ask that you please be on time where possible as lateness may result in time being deducted from your session, and you may be charged in full.
What can I expect when I arrive for my treatment?
Please arrive 5 minutes before your first appointment in order to complete a medical questionnaire prior to your treatment. This will then be followed by a short consultation to establish your exact requirements so that the treatment can be tailored to your needs.
What aftercare advice should I follow once my treatment has finished?
Ensure you drink plenty of water in order to hydrate your body and help flush out any toxins. Avoid caffeine, alcohol or smoking for 24 hours after your treatment and ensure you get plenty of rest. Avoiding any strenuous activity will ensure the treatment is at its most effective as the body can then focus on the process of healing.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes I do. Gift vouchers are the ideal present for that special friend, family member or loved one. Bespoke gift vouchers can be made up and sent out to you on request.
Do you run a loyalty scheme?
Yes, I believe in rewarding clients for their loyalty. If you purchase five treatments at full price, you will receive your sixth treatment at half price.
Do you offer treatments to men?
I offer strictly professional reflexology and facial treatments to women only, but I will accept male clients if they have been referred by an existing client or friend, and then only at my discretion.
